At CDS, we pursue ongoing environmental protection activities, seeking to achieve harmony between humanity and the environment and achieve better environmental conditions through environmentally-aware business activities. As a result, CDS was awarded the international standard ISO14001 certification for environmental management systems (covering the Tokyo, Nagoya, Kansai, and Hiroshima branches) on November 21, 2003. We will continue with activities aimed at preserving the environment, such as energy conservation, waste reduction, and recycling.

Every year, we contribute to the Okazaki Castle Hero Ieyasu Summer Festival & Fireworks held in Okazaki City, Aichi. This is a fireworks festival with a long history, which, in a typical year, draws more than 450,000 people, and is a feature of summer in Okazaki City.
As part of our contribution to the local community, we provide workplace experience for students from junior high schools in the vicinity of our company headquarters. In this experience, students participate in activities such as the creation of business cards and logos using the same software we use in our work. We have received many comments from the students who take part, such as, "I didn't understand anything at first and found it difficult, but when you showed me how, I was able to do what I was supposed to do and I had fun!" "I don't like computers, but my father is good at them, so I wanted to try for myself. Everyone in your offices was kind, and it seems like a nice place. I tried this job for two days, and came to realize that I like this kind of work."
